OPERA in the Amphitheatre features Wellington tenor Benjamin Makisi and Auckland-born baritone Stewart Cameron along with Australian singers soprano Jennifer Parish and Mezzo-soprano Dorothy Williams accompanied by John Colwill. The setting is the stunning lakeside Greek-style amphitheatre on the banks of Lake Macdonald, near Noosa. Program includes music by Verdi, Puccini, Saint-Saens and Catalani along with lighter fare by Tosti, de Curtis and de Capua.
